Returns/Refunds Policy

You  have 14 days to request a refund following a purchase. You then have another 14 days to make a return after notifying LM Aesthetics..

Cancellation Policy 

A £50 deposit is required upon booking your treatment. This is deductible from your treatment cost. 

Cancellation must be within 72 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellation/missed appointments after this will result in loss of deposit. To re-book a further deposit will be required. 

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to appointment with no loss of deposit.
