Nefertiti Neck Lift

A Nefertiti Neck Lift uses injections of botulinum toxin to primarily tighten the jawline. Secondary effects can include lengthening and smoothing the neck.  The name refers  to the ancient Egyptian Queen Nefertiti, know for her elongated, thin neck. 

You may benefit from a neck lift if:

• You lack jawline definition 
• Your neck area is wrinkly/sagging or you have prominent neck bands 
• You have loose jowls 

However, if you have very signifIcant laxity over the jawline you may not be able to reverse this with a Nefertiti Neck Lift. A consultation would be advised. 

Following a thorough consultation (including medical history and consent), Dr McCowan will prescribe the appropriate product for your needs. The area/s are cleansed and the product  is injected under the surface of the skin In the jaw and neck area.

Treatments usually work after 7-14 days and can last up to 3-6 months depending on the individual. The recommended treatment regime would be 2-3 times per year to ensure the best results for anti-ageing.

We advise only gentle cleaning of the face, using light pressure only for 24 hours. No makeup/creams for 24 hours, no strenuous exercise for 24 hours and no sun beds/saunas for 24 hours.
